Revision Policy
We offer revisions based on the package you select. Customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions as long as the theme and layout remain unchanged. Revisions are completed within a turnaround time of 48 to 72 hours.

Turnaround Time
Silver Arch adheres to a turnaround time of 48 to 72 hours for most web development services. Please note this timeframe applies to individual development stages, not the entire project. The time required for revisions may vary, but the minimum turnaround remains 48 to 72 hours, equivalent to two working days.

For instance:

  • Website orders or revisions requested on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Website orders or revisions requested on Friday will be delivered by the end of the day Tuesday.

Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee
Deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after delivery if the initial website design and theme are approved, or a change request has been made, unless Silver Arch cancels or terminates the contract for reasons unrelated to the customer’s breach or non-performance.

Refund requests are subject to the following terms:

  • If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial layout, a full refund will be issued, less a 10% service and processing fee.
  • For refund requests made within 48 hours of the initial layout delivery, the customer is eligible for a 66% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
  • Refund requests made between 48 and 120 hours of initial layout delivery are eligible for a 33% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained after 120 hours of the initial layout delivery. However, customer satisfaction is our priority, so customers are encouraged to contact us for any concerns.
  • No refund request will be considered if no action is taken on the order for 30 days after it is placed. Reactivation of such orders may incur a fee, depending on the project.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained once final files are delivered.
  • Refunds will not be processed if the client changes their mind or faces personal issues. However, the amount may be stored as credit for future services.
  • Refunds for website packages will not be entertained once development is complete or the website is deployed live.
  • Refunds are only issued in good faith. If a customer places the same order with multiple agencies intending to claim refunds, Silver Arch reserves the right to deny the refund request.
  • Refunds for video animation packages will not be entertained after the storyboard is designed.
  • All refund requests must be communicated to the support department, and approval will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on adherence to the user agreement.

Refunds for custom packages will follow the same terms as individual packages. For example, if a customer orders both web design and video animation, they may claim a refund for the animation only if the storyboard has not been designed.

Refund requests must include valid reasons and align with the project brief. Revisions will be provided until satisfaction if the layout is consistent with the brief. Refunds are void if the project does not meet the outlined good faith requirements.

How to Claim a Refund

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the website’s copyrights will revert to Silver Arch. The customer will lose all rights to the design and will no longer be permitted to use it. Communication Policy
Official communication is conducted through info@silverarch.ltd. Silver Arch is not liable for damages, delays, or issues resulting from communication outside of our official channels.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, offering unlimited revisions until the customer is fully satisfied, based on the package chosen.

Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered to the specified account by the date stated in the Order Confirmation, with a confirmation email provided. Turnaround times vary by package, with a minimum timeframe of two business days. Websites will only be made live after all dues are cleared. For urgent orders, please contact customer support.

Website Ownership & Rights
Finalized websites are transferred to the client upon written approval. Clients gain full ownership once all dues are settled.

Content Creation & Population
Content creation is not included unless explicitly purchased. If included, Silver Arch will provide the following:

  • Custom-created text and images.
  • Stock imagery approved by the client.
  • Product details provided by the client.

Confidentiality & Reputation Management
Silver Arch does not disclose client information. Post-project, both parties agree to avoid defamatory remarks.

Record Maintenance
Silver Arch maintains records of finalized products and communications.

Customer Support
Customer support operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM GMT. After-hours queries should be submitted via email and will be addressed on the next working day.

Technical Support Policy
Silver Arch provides basic technical assistance for:

  • Website deployment.
  • Content Management System (CMS) guides.
  • Email setup information.

Detailed training, installation, or troubleshooting beyond the above services is the client’s responsibility.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management
Client confidentiality is upheld throughout the project lifecycle. Both parties agree to maintain mutual respect post-project completion.
